Personal:

First off let me tell you a little bit about myself.

Hi i\'m Travis. I\'m 16 years of age and live in Christchurch , New Zealand i\'m currently a full time student at my local highschool. I also work part time at my local grocery store. I will be a senior at my highschool next year and plan to study majorly in commerce subjects, Economics, Accounting (all the boring stuff jk >.<). I\'m planning on getting an MBA at university and planning on being an Xpat somewhere overseas working as a business consultant.

I\'m just a nice guy with a bubbly personality, but when it comes down to business I step it up and contribute as much as I possibly can.

Current Wow situation:

I am currently situated on Firetree US PVP. I play a lv 80 Elemental spec mage ,Staunch (0,55,16) I am not (0,53,18) because I had to spec into blastwave and dragon\'s breath to be the Zombie Chow kiter for the Gluth boss encounter in Naxx. (Someone had to do it so I stepped up :D)

I am currently looking into an xfer onto Blackrock due to my guild raiding schedule being a little hard to manage, I have also heard nothing but compliments about this server and have had a few good friends on Firetree consider taking the xfer aswell.

My current guild is Insomnia a great bunch of people we have a family atmosphere where everyone treats others with respect, but at the same time we were a very serious raiding guild back during BC we full cleared all of the t4, t5, t6 ( BT , Hyjal) content pre patch nerf we also were 3/6 SWP but those dammm Eradar Twins and their conflag messed up our raid alot so we called the progression to a halt but we were very happy with the effort we put into BC.

Sadly Insomnia have not stayed as strong during WOTLK and we have loosened our recruitment policy\'s rather taking 2 months to get into the guild people are coming in left right and center weekly. Also the quality of the players have significantly dropped which saddens me, from being flawless in the majority of our encounters to have quite a few raid members die every single time really slows down a raid and slows progression sadly our GM and Officers haven\'t picked up that we are continuing the recruit players with bad attitudes and I hate to say limited skills.

I love Insomnia and it would pain me to leave but the sudden change to raiding schedules and recruitment of these new players have really wrecked how special the guild was to me. I hate to sound negative but this is sadly what has happened so I beleive it is time to move on and make a fresh start.

Raiding:

As for your raiding schedule it is almost perfect for me I can attend.

Monday-- 7pm - 11ish
Tuesday-- 7pm - 11ish
Wednesday-- 7pm - 11ish

And if I manage to talk my supervisors and boss around I could possibly get my work shifts changed, and be able to attend.

Thursday-- 7pm - 11ish

I am definately a dedicated raider I am no stranger to countless wipes to acheive progression either :D but you reap what you sow and if you put the hard hours, progression will allways be acheived.

When it comes to raiding and consumables I allways come prepared with flasks, foodbuffs, reagents, fully repaired armour. I also read boss strats to get a back round idea of what I will be doing in the encounter but I am a hands on learner myself. So it\'s allways good to do the fight because ultimately reading a strat isn\'t going to get you any in game raid experience rather than experiencing the real thing.

My class:

I know my class and its mechanics fairly well. I am not perfect but hey, no one is perfect :D. I do what mages do drop tables and give intelect pretty mindless huh? jk. I can also kite, cc, dps, you know just what any other mage would do :D.

I am allways open to new specs. I mean if it helps the raid i\'m more than willing to try and experiment with a new spec who knows we could create the best raiding build in the game right, it\'s allways good to switch it up sometimes and have a little change, change never hurt anyone.

Final comments:

If you want a nice guy with a good attitude towards progression raiding who also knows his stuff then I am your man.
If i\'m not what you guys are looking for then no hard feelings I completely understand.
I hope you take a good look at my application I put alot of effort into it, I hope I haven\'t wasted your time.
